一是搭建信息交流沟通平台。充分利用定襄县人民政府网、定襄县人事人才网、县电视台等媒体平台,宣传我县人才工作新动向,宣传人才工作新理念和好做法。建立法兰锻造产业专家工作站微信群,通过平台发布信息、搭建桥梁,多渠道多角度为企业提供服务。今年,由市委人才办组成的评估小组对定襄县法兰锻造产业专家工作站进行了评估,对我县专家工作站的运行成效给予了高度评价,受到了市县领导的肯定和表彰。
First, set up information exchange and communication platform. Make full use of Dingxiang County People's Government Network, Dingxiang County Personnel Talent Network, County TV stations and other media platforms to publicize the new trend of personnel work in our county to promote new concepts and good practices in personnel work. Weifang Group, an expert workstation for flange forging industry, is established to release information through the platform and build bridges to provide enterprises with multi-channel and multi-perspective services. This year, the assessment team composed of the Municipal Talent Office conducted an assessment of the Dingxiang County flange forging industry expert workstation and spoke highly of the operational effectiveness of the county expert workstation. It was affirmed and commended by the leaders of the county and county authorities.
