The “Silk Road” was opened by Zhang Qian during the Han Dynasty’s visit to Central Asia. After returning to China, Zhang Qian reported that Dawang had a good horse and was in the second division. II division city is today’s city of Osh. Osh occupies an important place on the “Silk Road.”
