1992年,邓小平同志南巡发表重要谈话,党的十四大明确提出了建设社会主义市场经济的新体制。我国的改革开放和现代化建设进入了蓬勃发展的新阶段,国民经济呈现出高速增长态势。在新的历史时期,我们面临着诸如加快企业经营机制的转换,完善宏观经济管理体制,继续保持国民经济高速、稳定发展等一系列社会普遍关心的问题。为此,本刊特邀一批国内著名专家学者,就上述问题各抒己见,以期为建设社会主义市场经济体制做些有益的探讨。
In 1992, Comrade Deng Xiaoping made important remarks on the southern tour. The 14th National Party Congress explicitly proposed a new system for building a socialist market economy. China’s reform and opening up and modernization have entered a new phase of vigorous development, and the national economy has shown rapid growth. In the new historical period, we are faced with a series of issues of general concern to the society such as accelerating the conversion of business operation mechanism, perfecting the system of macroeconomic management, maintaining the rapid development of the national economy and steady development. To this end, the magazine invited a group of well-known domestic experts and scholars to express their views on these issues, with a view to building a socialist market economic system to do some useful discussions.
