目的了解福建省居民死因构成,并对死因进行分析,为制定卫生工作政策与规划提供依据。方法利用2013年全省医疗机构死亡病例通过网络直报并经审核及有根本死因编码的死亡个案资料,对其作相关描述性分析。结果2013年全省医疗机构共报告死亡病例50 139例,约占全省总死亡数的29.30%。按三大类死因分慢性病死亡所占比例最高(占80.56%),其次分别为伤害死亡(占12.84%)、感染性疾病与母婴疾病死亡(占2.28%)。在慢性病中构成比位居前3位的为心脑血管疾病(41.88%)、肿瘤(32.25%)、慢性呼吸系统疾病(12.57%);肿瘤中构成比位居前3位的为气管、支气管和肺恶性肿瘤(占20.60%)、肝和肝内胆管恶性肿瘤(占18.17%)、胃恶性肿瘤(占14.64%);在感染性疾病与母婴疾病中居前3位的分别是围产期疾病(占58.48%)、传染病(38.90%)、产科疾病(2.62%);在伤害中居前3位的分别为交通事故(占41.52%)、意外坠落(占19.46%)、自杀(占11.08%)。结论慢性病中的肿瘤、伤害中的交通事故和母婴疾病中围产期疾病是我省危害居民健康的主要死因。
Objective To understand the constitution of the cause of death of residents in Fujian Province and analyze the cause of death, so as to provide the basis for making policy and plan of health work. Methods The death cases of 2013 medical institutions in the province were directly descriptively analyzed through online direct reports and the data of the death cases that were audited and have the basic cause of death codes. Results In 2013, a total of 50,133 deaths were reported from medical institutions across the province, accounting for 29.30% of the total number of deaths in the province. According to the three categories, the proportion of deaths attributable to chronic diseases accounted for the highest proportion (80.56%), followed by injuries (12.84%) and infectious diseases and maternal and infant diseases (2.28%) respectively. Among the top three chronic diseases, the ratio of cardiovascular diseases (41.88%), tumors (32.25%), and chronic respiratory diseases (12.57% And malignant tumors of the lung (20.60%), malignant tumors of the liver and the liver (18.17%) and malignant tumors of the stomach (14.64%). Among the infectious diseases and maternal and infant diseases, the top three were perinatal (Accounting for 58.48%), infectious diseases (38.90%) and obstetric diseases (2.62%). Among the injuries, the top three were traffic accidents (41.52%), accidental falls (19.46%) and suicides %). Conclusion Chronic diseases, injuries in traffic accidents and maternal and infant diseases perinatal diseases are the main cause of death of residents in our province.
