根据中央编办《关于开展机构编制核查工作的通知》(中央编办发[2011]52号),为进一步加强和规范全省机构编制管理,切实管住管好机构编制,现结合我省实际,就开展机构编制核查工作提出如下方案。一、核查目的通过开展机构编制核查,摸清各级党政群机关、事业单位的机构编制底数及存在的问题,盘活用好现有机构编制资源,健全完善机构编制管理制度,落实机构编制实名制,夯实机构编制管理工作基础,实现机构、编制、领导职数、实有人数、人员结构等信息数据准确清楚,提升机构编制管理水平,发挥机构编制资源最大效益,为全省经济社会发展提供
