有机磷农药中毒是临床常见的急症之一。我院自1992年4月以来应用解磷注射液治疗有机磷农药中毒23例,与传统法对比,疗效显著提高,现报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料诊断标准、中毒程度分级按1974年卫生部公布的诊断和分级。以1992年4月～1993年8月收治的23例病人为解磷组1990年8月～1992年3月收治22例为对照组。两组性别、年龄、中毒程度及服毒后至就诊时间均无明显差异。

There was no significant difference in gender, age, degree of poisoning and time to treatment between the two groups.
