以工作过程为导向的职业教育是针对传统职业教育与工作世界想脱离的弊端而提出的。镇江高职校烹饪工艺与营养专业正是通过这一思想在专业课程设计上解构了传统烹饪学科体系职教模式,基于工作过程为导向重新建构了专业理论、实践、信息化等系统化的课程改革。
Vocational education oriented by the process of work is put forward in the light of the drawbacks that the traditional vocational education and the working world want to break away from. It is through this idea that Zhenjiang Higher Vocational School Culinary Technology and Nutritional Specialty deconstructs the vocational teaching mode of traditional cooking discipline system based on this idea and reorganizes systematic courses such as professional theory, practice and informatization based on the working process reform.
