满足不断迭代的消费需求,寻求新的利润增长点,是国内这一轮并购的主要动因之一。2016年,中国服装企业除了在全球时尚行业并购中有着亮眼表现,在国内也掀起了新一轮的并购热潮。据本刊初步统计,自2016年1月1日至12月26日,沪深两市纺织服装板块共发生255宗并购事件,合计交易金额达511.94亿元。其中,已完成并购事宜70余宗,合计交易金额接近170亿元。
To meet the continuous iterative consumer demand and seek new profit growth point, is one of the main domestic motivation for this round of mergers and acquisitions. In 2016, apart from the dazzling performance in the global fashion industry mergers and acquisitions, Chinese garment enterprises set off a new round of mergers and acquisitions boom in the country. According to our preliminary statistics, from January 1 to December 26, 2016, a total of 255 mergers and acquisitions occurred in the textile and clothing sectors of Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange with a total transaction amount of 51.194 billion yuan. Among them, more than 70 cases of mergers and acquisitions have been completed, with a total transaction amount of nearly 17 billion yuan.
