高山矿务局“生产”矿井,为了在倾斜不大的、水平的和上向的深孔中装药,因而提出并运用了压气装药机。压气装药机第一台样品是在1961年10月制成而且运用在实际中,它的重量约80公斤。作者现在所描述的样品(重量约40公斤)是在1962年初制造和运用的,估计在1962年内大约节约了2500卢布。在凿岩峒室或凿岩巷道中,在深孔扇面的方向线上安设一根由气缸和伸缩管组成的气动立柱1(见图)。压气装药机2用箍环3和专门的绞链4连接在立柱上可使其在任何平面内转动。
The Alpine Mining Administration “Production ” mine, in order to charge in the sloping, horizontal and upward deep holes, has proposed and implemented a pneumatic charging machine. The first sample of the gas charge machine was made in October 1961 and used in practice, it weighs about 80 kg. The sample now described by the author (weighing about 40 kg) was manufactured and applied in early 1962, and an estimated savings of 2,500 rubles were achieved in 1962. In the rock drilling room or rock tunnel, set a pneumatic column 1 (see picture) composed of air cylinder and telescopic tube on the direction line of deep-hole fan. The pneumatic charging machine 2 is attached to the uprights by a hoop 3 and a special hinge 4 to allow it to rotate in any plane.
