本文系统地考察了9Cr2Mo 轧辊钢碳化物细化、球化过程中影响碳化物形态的各种因素,并研究了φ165mm 和φ245mm 冷轧工作辊的预备热处理工艺。试验结果表明,通过高温固溶和中断淬火,随后进行较低温度调质球化,可以得到较均匀分布的细球化碳化物,颗粒球径一般在0.2~0.4μm左右。本文还考察了球化组织中的碳化物偏聚现象及其形成机制,认为调质球化碳化物的不均匀性与原始组织中合金成分 Cr 的偏析有关。本文也介绍了碳化物细化工艺在小批生产试验轧辊上的应用,轧制试验表明,采用细化工艺的轧辊,有较好的综合机械性能和抗剥落性能,延长了轧制使用寿命。
This article systematically investigated the 9Cr2Mo roll steel carbide refining, balling process of carbide morphology of various factors, and the φ165mm and φ245mm cold rolling work roll pre-heat treatment process. The experimental results show that the microstructure of spheroidized carbide with uniform distribution can be obtained by solid solution treatment at high temperature and quenching followed by quenching and tempering at lower temperature. The sphericity of the spheres is about 0.2 ~ 0.4μm. In this paper, the phenomenon of segregation of carbides in spheroidized structure and its formation mechanism were also investigated. It is considered that the heterogeneity of regrind and spheroidized carbide is related to the segregation of Cr in the original structure. This paper also introduces the application of carbide refining process on the small batch test roll. The rolling tests show that the roll with the thinning process has better mechanical properties and anti-spalling properties, prolonging the service life of the rolling.
