漫步苏州街头,在食品店内外,不时可以看到推销“克力架”的广告。初时不知“克力架”为何物,后来看了实物才明白,原来不过是一种饼干罢了。但是不免还是有些纳闷:为什么要把饼干称为“克力架”呢?再后来看到有的“克力架”包装上的英文,才恍然大悟:“克力架”者,cracker之谓也,英语意思是饼干。“克力架”就是cracker的粤方言音译词。随着大陆的改革、开放,“南风”逐渐北上,“克力架”也乘“风”而来,先是香港而广东,继而向北向内地发展,于是在江苏苏州也出现了“克力架”这个名词(而且笔者相信在大陆其他地区大概也会出现“克力架”)。 广告上用“克力架”而不用“饼干”,估计是有些商界人士以为眼下的时尚是舶来品特别吃香,用上“克力架”沾点洋气可以收到招徕顾客、扩大市场的功效。那么“克力架”的经济效益究竟如何呢?笔者在这里可以向商界“反馈”一些信息,以供参考。“克力架”从在苏州出现到现在大约已有年把时间了,然而至今尚有人连“克力架”为何物都不知道。笔者有一友人从“克力”两字联想到巧克力还以为“克力架”是某种巧克力。试想人家连“克力架”是什么东西都不知道,怎么会来买呢?退而言之,有些人或许会被“克力架”这个词所吸引,但当他知道了“克力架”就是饼干时,要买的当然会
