由于西藏地区学生的一些特点,在西藏地区学校实施高效课堂,在教学设计、内容安排等方面需要一些独特的注意:包括“因材施教”巧设计、“投其所好”促感情以及“二八定律”抓重点三个方面。
Due to the characteristics of students in Tibet, implementing effective classrooms in schools in Tibet requires some special attention in terms of instructional design and content arrangement: including “teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”, “promoting good feelings” and “Twenty-eight law ” focus on three aspects.
