我国社会的转型导致了社会矛盾纠纷日趋多样、复杂。单一的诉讼解决纠纷方式已难以适应社会冲突多样化所带来的压力,构建多元化的纠纷解决机制因而十分必要。
The social transformation in our country has led to increasingly diverse and complicated social conflicts and disputes. A single lawsuit dispute resolution method has been difficult to adapt to the pressure of social conflicts and diversification, building a wide range of dispute resolution mechanism is therefore necessary.
