[目的]了解私营企业存在的职业卫生问题和原因,为监督管理工作提供依据。[方法]通过对某私营企业铅中毒事故的调查,分析其原因,提出存在的职业A卫生问题。[结果]私营企业法律意识淡薄,生产工艺落后,防护设施简陋,工人自我保护意识淡薄,是引起中毒事故的主要原因。[结论]政府重视,部门配合把好建设项目评价的审批及竣工验收是预防和控制职业病的关键环节,同时应加强宣传培训及监督执法力度,避免或减少职业中毒的发生。
[Objective] To understand the occupational health problems and causes existing in private enterprises and provide basis for supervision and management. [Method] Through the investigation of a lead poisoning accident in a private enterprise, the causes were analyzed and the existing occupational health problems were proposed. [Result] The legal awareness of the private enterprises is weak, the production technology is backward, the protective facilities are simple, and the workers’ sense of self-protection is weak, which is the main reason of the poisoning accidents. [Conclusion] The government attaches great importance to the departmental cooperation in the construction project evaluation and approval of the completion and acceptance is the key to prevention and control of occupational diseases, while strengthening publicity and training and supervision of law enforcement, to avoid or reduce occupational poisoning.
