■县域经济在国计民生中占有特殊重要的地位,是经济发展和社会稳定的重要基础。当前,农村发展慢、县域实力差的问题已严重制约我国经济社会的全面、协调和可持续发展。地处西部偏远山区的陕西省汉中市镇巴县,正是在充分认识加快县域经济发展的重要性和紧迫性的基础上,才逐步确立了以科学发展观为指导,坚持“稳农带产业、兴工强支柱、开放促发展”的县域经济发展思路。
■ The county economy occupies a particularly important position in the national economy and the people’s livelihood and is an important foundation for economic development and social stability. At present, the problems of slow development in rural areas and poor county power have seriously restricted the overall, coordinated and sustainable development of China’s economy and society. It is precisely on the basis of fully understanding the importance and urgency of speeding up the development of the county economy that it is located in Zhenba County, Hanzhong City, Shaanxi Province, in the remote mountainous areas of the western part of the country. It has gradually established the scientific concept of development as the guide and the principle of “ , Xing Gong strong pillars, open and promote development ”of the county economic development ideas.
