随着经济社会发展和国家对职业教育的重视,技工类院校厚积薄发,成为新世纪高技能人才的培训基地。在技工院校中,固定资产是保障学校稳步发展的物质基础,在学校发展中发挥着重要作用。当前,随着社会需求和人才培养需要,技工院校的固定资产设备不断增加,如何发挥固定资产的效能,提高资产利用率是摆在管理人员面前的重要课题。只有对固定资产加强管理,才能有效避免固定资产遭到闲置和浪费,使其发挥出真正的效益。本文具体分析当前技工院校中固定资产管理的发展现状,分析在技工院校固定资产管理中存在的问题,解析加强技工院校固定资产信息化管理的方法策略。
With the economic and social development and the state’s emphasis on vocational education, technical colleges and institutes have become well-established and become training bases for highly-skilled personnel in the new century. In technical schools, fixed assets are the material basis for the steady development of schools and play an important role in the development of schools. At present, with the needs of society and personnel training, the fixed assets and equipment of technical schools are constantly increasing. How to give full play to the effectiveness of fixed assets and improve the utilization rate of assets is an important issue for managers. Only by strengthening the management of fixed assets can we effectively prevent the fixed assets from being left idle and wasting so that they can exert real benefits. This article concretely analyzes the current development of fixed assets management in technical colleges, analyzes the existing problems in the management of fixed assets in technical colleges, and analyzes the methods and strategies of strengthening the management of fixed assets in technical colleges.
