利用扫描电镜对柑橘大实蝇成虫舐吸式口器的唇瓣结构进行了观察。结果表明:柑橘大实蝇口器端喙的两个椭圆形唇瓣边缘有很多唇瓣裂刺毛,唇瓣表面上整齐排列着环形的拟气管;拟气管由一圈圈齿形环组成,在齿形环上排列着很多微齿结构,而微齿之间又具有细小的微孔。上述结构特征表明柑橘大实蝇在野外取食时,主要通过唇瓣滤食,且仅液体和小分子的颗粒食物可通过微孔进入拟气管,而后再流入食物道。
Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the lip structure of the mouth-opening mouthpart of citrus duster flies. The results showed that there were many lamellar breaches on the edges of the two oval-shaped lip of the beak end of the citrus fruit fly mouth, and the ring-like fistula was arranged neatly on the surface of the lip. The fistula was composed of a circle of toothed ring, In the toothed ring arranged in a number of micro-toothed structure, and between the micro-toothed small pores. The above structural features indicate that when citrus fruit flies are fed in the field, they mainly filter through the lips, and only liquid and small particles of food can enter the airway through the micropores and then flow into the food passage.
