随着素质教育的深入贯彻落实,新课程改革的全面发展,新课改的理念越来越深入广大教师的内心,不少教师认识到高效的课堂教学将会成为一种趋势。所以,在教学中,不断出现了丰富的教学形式、顺畅的师生交流、活跃的课堂气氛等现象,虽然这样的现象不少,但是教学效率并不理想。小学语文教师作为课堂教学的主导者,很有必要对当前课堂教学质量的提高做好准备,找到提高课堂效率的策略。分析了当前课堂教学存在的问题,总结了人教版的小学语文教学效率应该如何提高的策略,希望能给更多的人提供帮助。
