标题是“报纸的眼睛”。一条出色的标题,会使新闻锦上添花,增强宣传效果,在读者中产生深远的影响;而一个蹩脚的标题往往会埋没一条好新闻,引不起读者对新闻的兴趣和注意,使记者、作者付出的劳动付之东流。因此,重视标题制作,提高标题技巧,乃是编辑工作中一项十分重要的课题。本刊由鉴于此,特从这一期起开辟《标題杂谈》栏目,约请复旦大学新闻系“编辑与评论”教研室主任、副教授叶春华同志撰稿,就标题制作中的共同性问题,作系统的解释,并介绍一些有特色的优秀标題,供大家研究、借鉴和参考。欢迎读者对这一栏目提出意见、建议。
