面对全球经济一体化、知识经济不断加快的形势,优越性的人力资源已成为企业取得和维系竞争优势的关键性资源。因此,将人力资源从潜在的生产能力转化为现实的生产力,是大势所趋也是发展的必须,所以必须加强对人力资源的开发与管理。本文通过提点人力资源科学管理的必要性,分析当前人力资源管理的现状,为科学的人力资源管理提出合理化的建议,推进我们的人力资源的开发与管理。
In the face of the global economic integration and the ever-accelerating knowledge economy, superior human resources have become the key resources for enterprises to obtain and maintain competitive advantages. Therefore, the transformation of human resources from potential production capacity to actual productivity is a general trend and a must for development. Therefore, we must strengthen the development and management of human resources. This article points out the necessity of the scientific management of human resources, analyzes the current status of human resources management, proposes reasonable suggestions for scientific human resources management, and promotes the development and management of our human resources.
