张雪龙,一个凡事喜欢问自己what,why,和how的“科研型校长”,以“等级分制”改革和“学会参与”课题研究在教育界独树一帜。至今已发表文章15万字,并主编出版《学会参与研究》一书。1995年他被评为上海市小学“十佳”青年校长。从语文老师,大队辅导员到支部书记,再到校长,他每一步都走得踏实勤恳,因为他“参与了,投入了,做出味道了,就深深地爱上了这项事业”。
Zhang Xuelong, a “research-type president” who likes to ask what, why, and how he likes all the time, studies uniquely in the field of education based on the reform of “hierarchical system” and the study of “participating in education”. So far has published 150,000 words, and edited and published “learn to participate in the study,” a book. In 1995, he was named “Top Ten” Youth Headmaster of Shanghai Primary School. From language teachers, brigade counselors to branch secretaries and then to school principals, he walked steadfast and diligent every step of the way as he “engaged, invested and made the taste, deeply in love with this undertaking.”
