磷化氢为一高毒类物质,目前在粮食保管、电子工业中广泛使用。本文报道了兔在磷化氢薰蒸后的仓房中进行90天现场实验研究的结果。实验初期,磷化氢对兔的精神状态,饮食规律有一定程度影响。血液化验结果提示,磷化氢对兔的白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞,全血磷、血清钙、谷丙转氨酶、尿素氮等都有不同程度的影响,而且呈现出一定的规律性变化。骨髓细胞出现形态不规则,核染色质有固缩、浓缩现象,并出现核凹陷,核形态不规则等现象。
Phosphine is a highly toxic substance and is widely used in food storage and electronics industries. This paper reports the results of a 90-day field experiment in rabbits in a warehouse after phosphine was fumigated. At the beginning of the experiment, phosphine had a certain influence on the mental state and diet of rabbits. Blood test results suggest that phosphine on rabbit white blood cells, neutrophils, lymphocytes, blood phosphorus, serum calcium, alanine aminotransferase, urea nitrogen, etc. have varying degrees of impact, but also showed some regular changes . Bone marrow cells appear irregular shape, nuclear chromatin condensation, condensation phenomenon, and the nuclear sag, nuclear irregularities and other phenomena.
