财务集中管理是在网络环境下实现集团公司统一核算制度、统一报告制度和统一管理制度的一种新的管理理念和模式。随着中煤集团的迅速发展,财务集中管理的趋势越来越迫切。王安总经理在2009年综合管理系统启动会上指出:要在2009年底逐步实现主要二级企业财务核算的集中管理。大屯公司作为中煤集团的下属二级企业,也必须跟上中煤发展的步伐,实现财务集中管理。本文主要论述大屯煤电公司实现财务集中管理的必要性和途径。
