随着时代的发展,信息化引领了一场新的变革潮流。在这样的环境背景下,信息化技术被广泛应用到各行各业当中,并对人力资源经济师职业提出了更多的要求。电子商务的推行,需要人力资源经济师不断创新与改革,为了适应时代发展潮流,要重视自身综合素质与职业技能培养,发挥信息化对本职业的积极影响作用。本文以对人力资源经济师职业受信息化影响分析为基础,就信息化背景下人力资源专业管理人才培养进行了研究。
With the development of the times, informationization has led to a new trend of change. In such an environment, information technology is widely applied to all walks of life and places more demands on the career of human resource economists. The implementation of e-commerce requires continuous innovation and reform of human resources economists. In order to adapt to the development trend of the times, it is necessary to attach importance to cultivating their overall quality and professional skills and giving full play to the positive influence of informationization on their careers. Based on the analysis of the influence of information technology of human resources economist profession, this paper studies the training of human resources professional management personnel under the background of informationization.
