为了保护发明创造,调动科技人员的积极性,我国从今年四月一日起实行专利法制度。专利制度以法律形式承认科技成果是社会财富,并在法律上保护发明人对其专利的所有权。
In order to protect the invention and creation and mobilize the enthusiasm of scientists and technicians, our country implements the patent law system from April 1 this year. The patent system recognizes in law that scientific and technological achievements are social assets and legally protects the inventor's ownership of his patent.
