一般说来,学生的学业成绩好、坏与智力有很大相关,但在现实生活中,非智力因素也具有至关重要的作用。 事实上,“双差”生绝大多数不是因为头脑不灵活,反应迟钝等智力因素所致,往往与非智力因素的缺陷有关,如意专不坚强、性格孤僻、情感冷漠、习惯不良、缺乏自制力、缺乏志趣爱好,上进心不强等等。由于一些老师和家长过分夸大智力因素的作用,忽视学生非智力因素的培养;以及只顾“教学”,成天灌输知识,把有感情、有性格的学生当作消极接受知识和经验的容器,这样很容易给学生造成某种身心缺陷、以致他们越来越差,有的步入自暴自弃的歧途,甚至走上犯罪道路,给家庭和社会带来不良后果。
In general, students have good academic performance, bad and intelligence are related, but in real life, non-intellectual factors also play a crucial role. In fact, the vast majority of “double difference” students are not caused by intellectual factors such as infirmity and unresponsiveness. They are often related to the defects of non-intelligence factors. They are not strong, disgraced, indifferent, poorly accustomed, and lack of self-control Force, lack of hobbies, ambition and so on. As some teachers and parents over-exaggerate the role of intellectual factors and neglect the cultivation of students’ non-intelligence factors, and only “teaching”, instill knowledge all day long and use affective and characteristic students as containers for negatively accepting knowledge and experience. Students are apt to cause some physical and psychological defects so that they are getting worse and worse. Some are stepping into the road of abandoning their own ways and they even embark on the road of criminality to bring adverse consequences to their families and society.
