随着免疫学研究的进展,各种免疫性疾病循环血液中抗原与相应抗体形成的循环免疫复合物(CIC)的意义,已受到人们的重视。除免疫复合物疾病的CIC有明显增加外,近年还发现肺结核、肺癌等部分肺部疾病循环中也存在着CIC,并认为可作为这些疾病活动标志。矽肺的发生和发展过程中,有免疫因素参与,不少学者认为矽肺可能属于一种自身免疫性疾病。因此,作为与免疫有密切关系的CIC在矽肿中的价值,实有探讨的必要。
With the progress of immunological research, the importance of circulating immune complexes (CICs) formed by the circulating blood antigens and corresponding antibodies in various immune diseases has drawn great attention. In addition to the obvious increase in CIC of immune complex diseases, CIC has also been found in some lung diseases such as pulmonary tuberculosis and lung cancer in recent years and is considered as a marker of the activity of these diseases. The occurrence and development of silicosis, immune factors involved, many scholars believe that silicosis may belong to an autoimmune disease. Therefore, the value of CIC, which has a close relationship with immunity, in the development of silica, is necessary to explore.
