被动房是建筑热舒适性最佳解决方案之一。这是一个具有开放性特点的标准,在有效利用该标准的基础上,所有人都可以使用本土资源修建被动房。根据研究,被动房比传统建筑体系节能80%~90%以上,使全球范围内的能源供应实现可持续。相关研究和实践证实,被动房在中国的气候带跟在其他任何国家一样行之有效。本文对被动房的基本原则进行了详细解读,并展示了在气候复杂多样的中国建造被动房的各类因素和实施工具。
Passive houses are one of the best solutions for building thermal comfort. This is an open-ended standard that, on the basis of the effective use of this standard, everyone can use indigenous resources to build passive houses. According to the research, passive houses save energy by more than 80% to more than 90% compared with the traditional building systems, so that the global energy supply can be made sustainable. Related research and practice confirm that the passive climate in China is as effective as any other country. This article gives a detailed account of the basic principles of passive houses and shows the various factors and tools for building passive houses in a complex climate of China.
