近几年来 ,随着TRIPS协定的签署 ,几乎所有的发达国家都对商标法进行了重大修改 ,国际商标保护呈现出新的发展趋势 ,跟踪和分析这一趋势一直是我博士研究的重点。随着我国入世和修改商标法脚步的加快 ,《工商行政管理》半月刊的编辑希望我以系列随笔的形式谈一谈如何看待这些趋势 ,以及对完善我国的商标保护的意义 ,我也希望自己在这方面十年来的一点粗浅体会能够起到抛砖引玉的作用 ,于是就不揣浅陋答应下来 ,衷心希望能够得到各位前辈和专家的指教。
In recent years, with the signing of the TRIPS Agreement, almost all developed countries have made significant changes to the Trademark Law, and international trademark protection has shown a new trend of development. Tracking and analyzing this trend has always been the focus of my PhD research. With the acceleration of China’s accession to the WTO and the revision of the Trademark Law, editors at the semi-monthly AIC hope that I will discuss in a series of essays how to view these trends and the significance of improving our trademark protection.
