水是人类生存和发展的必不可少的条件,没有水就没有生命。由于生态环境的严重破坏,人口的急剧增加,人类正面临着十分严重的缺水问题。水已成为如石油一样的财富,也是各国争夺的战略物资和冲突的根源。
Water is an indispensable condition for the survival and development of mankind, and there is no life without water. Due to the serious destruction of the ecological environment and the dramatic increase in population, mankind is facing a serious problem of water shortage. Water has become an oil-like asset and a source of strategic goods and conflicts for nations to contend with.
