深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis,DVT)是骨科手术和创伤后并发症之一,主要成因与血管内壁受损、静脉血流缓慢、血液高凝状态及机体纤溶状态有关。下肢深静脉血栓后遗症是下肢深静脉血栓的远期并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。而颌面部创伤合并下肢深静脉血栓病例较为罕见,本文报告1例颌面部骨折术后并发下肢DVT患者,结合相关文献进行讨论,以提高口腔颌面外科医护人员对DVT的认识和重视,有利于预防和降低DVT的发生。
Deep venous thrombosis (DVT) is one of the complications of orthopedic surgery and traumatic injury. The main causes of DVT are the damage of the vascular wall, the slow venous flow, the hypercoagulable state of blood and the fibrinolytic state of the body. Deep vein thrombosis sequelae is a long-term complication of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. However, the cases of maxillofacial trauma combined with deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremities are relatively rare. One case of maxillofacial fractures complicated with DVT of lower extremities was reported in this paper, and the related literatures were discussed to improve the understanding and importance of DVT for oral and maxillofacial surgeons. Help prevent and reduce the occurrence of DVT.
