关于氟中毒动物腰椎骨的应力松弛力学特性鲜见报道。人或动物骨与软组织、器官等均为粘弹性材料,粘弹性特性主要以应力松弛和蠕变为表现形式。粘弹性力学特性是为了适应于动物骨骼、组织等生物需要而存在。氟中毒后对动物腰椎骨的应力松弛特性是否改变是需要阐明的问题,这对于预防和治疗氟中毒具有理论意义及临床价值。鉴于此,作者复制氟中毒大鼠模型,取模型大鼠L4椎骨和正常大鼠L4椎骨进行应力松弛实验,对氟中毒大鼠椎骨应力松弛特性对比
