一年來我省各級人代會召開情况從去年九月起,我省縣區村各級人代會即先後建立,村人代大會於今年二月份普遍召開;并選出了村人民政府。截至目前爲止,村人代大會全省四、四三二村一般開過八次,拜泉訥河開七次,龍江少數村開九次,太康開十次。四十一市縣旗均開四次,并有十五市縣代行了人代大會職權。鄉區未强調建立或爲硬性制度,三八二區大多開兩次或三次,亦有少數區召開人代大會,城區人代會開始較早召開比較認真;们在夏锄期間领導有些鬆注意較差,有的開過八次九次有的只開三次或五次。就目前各地人代會情况,縣人代會與村人代大會效果較好,發展比較正常,基本上已逐漸或已開始形成按時召開并足以解决群眾要求的經常制度。
