随着农业现代化和城镇化的发展,农村经济发展水平得到显著提高,与此同时其生态环境也日益遭到破坏。目前我国的环境保护立法以城市为中心,农村处于环境法制的边沿,缺乏有效的法律保护。文章主要以我国农村环境的破坏状况入手,从农村环境法律体系方面分析农村环境破坏的原因,以江苏省泰州市农村环境保护成果为借鉴,对农村环境法制缺失现状提出具体的相关建议,以完善我国环境保护的法律体系。
With the development of agricultural modernization and urbanization, the level of rural economic development has been significantly improved, meanwhile its ecological environment has also been increasingly damaged. At present, China’s environmental protection legislation takes the city as the center, and the rural area is on the edge of environmental law, which lacks effective legal protection. This article starts with the destruction of rural environment in our country, analyzes the causes of rural environmental damage from the legal system of rural environment, draws lessons from the achievements of rural environmental protection in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province, and puts forward specific suggestions on the status quo of rural environmental legal system loss so as to improve Legal System of Environmental Protection in China.
