在推进班级科学管理的进程中，我重点进行了班级管理制度化的探索。经过不断实践，有些制度已逐步成熟，成为我实施班级管理的基本模式。这里，就班级奖励制度作一介绍。班级奖励制度是把激励机制引入班级管理，通过对学生客观的经常化的多角度的奖励，创造竞争的环境，充分调动全班学生的积极性，鼓励学生全面发展和个性发展，推动班级管理的自动化。
