10月份,成品油市场整体运行情况良好,由于月初油品定价上调,市场汽油价格迅速到位,国际油价居高不下,消费者认可价格上涨。10月份国内资源情况依然是油源偏紧,库存下降。两大集团实施控制措施,原油加工量与9月份相比变化不大。汽油资源偏紧普遍存在,沿海地区因渔业用油,柴油供应也呈紧张态势。总之,10月油价为先上升,逐渐缓,10月下旬趋于稳定的态势。
In October, the overall operation of the refined oil market was in good condition.
