病理性高催乳素血症可引起垂体和卵巢功能的变化,以及不育(孕)症的发生。多巴胺类药物被广泛用来治疗高催乳素血症及其所引起的不育(孕)症。神经生理学及神经药理学的研究证明,某些氨基酸是中枢神经递质,而且一些氨基酸还可影响催乳素(PRL)的释放。溴隐亭对血浆PRL水平、生育功能及性腺功能的影响可能是它对血浆氨基酸和胰岛素影响的结果。因此,有必要对采用溴隐亭治疗前后胰岛素和氨基酸水平的变化进行研究。
Pathological hyperprolactinemia can cause changes in pituitary and ovarian function, as well as infertility (pregnancy) syndrome. Dopamines are widely used to treat hyperprolactinemia and the infertility caused by it. Neurophysiological and neuropharmacological studies have shown that certain amino acids are central neurotransmitters, and that some amino acids can also affect the release of prolactin (PRL). The effect of bromocriptine on plasma PRL levels, fertility and gonadal function may be the result of its effects on plasma amino acids and insulin. Therefore, it is necessary to study the changes of insulin and amino acid levels before and after treatment with bromocriptine.
