张小琴老师自1998年工作以来,她把对教育的一腔热情都倾注到了乡村教育和乡村孩子身上。在她16年的班主任工作生涯中,她关注留守儿童,践行新教育实验,让德育之花开满乡村土壤。她建设书香班级,自编诵读教材,每年自费近千元为乡村学生购买图书,已为班级学生购买1000多册。学生阅读习惯提前养成,阅读量空前提高,语文表达能力显著增强,30余篇习作发表于《课程导报》《看图作文》等报刊,班级成为《意林童话》的文学基地。
Since working in 1998, Zhang Xiaoqin has devoted her enthusiasm for education to rural education and rural children. During her 16-year class teacher career, she focused on left-behind children and practiced new education experiments so that the flower of moral education could be fully used in rural areas. She builds a class of scholarly books, recites textbooks, purchases books for rural students at her own expenses for nearly a thousand yuan every year, and has purchased more than 1,000 books for class students. More than 30 papers were published in the “Guide to the Course” and “Picture Composition” and other newspapers and periodicals, and the class became the literary base of “Yi Lin Tong Hua Tan”.
