我院自1984年6月～1989年3月用自制套杆,辅以石蜡油膨开滑润尿道,套取16例前尿道结石,均获成功。现报告如下: (一)临床资料本组16例,均为男性,年龄5～68岁,平均28.5岁。全部病例术前均有不同程度的排尿不畅、尿道疼痛和血尿,8例已并发尿潴留,3例阴茎悬垂部尿道结石曾在外院试行血管钳取石和手法挤石未成,转来院时尿道外口稍有水肿。所有病例尿道均可触到结石。结石位于舟状窝2例,阴茎悬垂部尿道和球部尿道14例。(二)方法平卧位,2%利多卡因尿道粘膜
