在中学教学组织中,课堂教学是基本形式。课堂教学的类型可以是而且必须是多种多样的,每一类型的教学必须采取一定的过程,而全部过程中的每一过程都必须各不相同的和其他的过程结合起来。必须记着,在课堂教学的结构上,单一的刻板公式,根本是要不得的,而且也是不可能的。好的教学要求教师有灵活的创造性和主动精神,善於在无限多样的复杂结构中,结合着十分不同的教学方式(苏联,符·格·卡尔佐夫著苏联史教学法概论第一章,译文见一九五三年十二月二日北京光明日报)。
In middle school teaching organization, classroom teaching is the basic form. The types of classroom instruction can be and must be varied, and each type of instruction must take a certain course, and each course of the whole course must be combined with other course differently. It must be remembered that in the structure of classroom teaching, a single rigid formula is absolutely unacceptable and impossible. Good teaching requires teachers to be creative and motivated in a flexible manner and to be good at combining very different teaching methods in an infinite variety of complex structures (Soviet Union, Eric Groff, Introduction to the Teaching of Soviet History See Beijing Guangming Daily, December 2, 1953).
