体育突发事件是不可预测,特别是信息高速发达的时代,体育运动员又是明星运动员发生危机事件的机率较高,危机公关是极其重要的一环,但目前体育危机公关相关研究还很薄弱。本文以“孙杨服禁药事件”为例,探讨体育危机公关中存在的问题,并提出了相应的策略。
Sports emergencies are unpredictable, especially in the era of high-speed information development. Sportsmen are also the star athletes have a higher probability of occurrence of crisis events. Public relations crisis is an extremely important part. However, the current research on sports crisis public relations is still weak. This article takes “Sun Yang clothing doping event ” as an example to explore the existing problems in sports crisis public relations and put forward corresponding strategies.
