铸件表面粗糙度是评定铸件外观质量的一项主要指标,过去由于找不到合适的检验方法,没有科学的评级标准,因此给铸件的验收及产品创优的评级,造成很大困难。本文叙述了近年来国内外在铸件表面粗糙度方面所进行的工作。铸造表面粗糙度的评定参数,一般采用粗糙度的纵向参数中的轮廓算术平均偏差(Ra)和微观不平度十点高度(Rz)作为表面粗糙度的评定参数。有两种方法即轮廓仪测量法和样块对比法。在实际生产中广泛应用样块对比法。重型矿山行业在铸钢件上采用微观不平度十点高度参数值,划分成五个分等规定。已在我厂纳入工厂标准“铸钢件表面质量标准”,在质量要求较高的产品中进行贯彻。按照国标又制订了我厂的“铸铁件表面质量标准”。通过这些途径不仅解决了铸件表面质量验收问题,而且是降低成本和增加经济效益的途径之一。
