各国政府宏观调控的主要职责之一就是控制失业率、促进就业。目前我国劳动力过剩、结构性失业矛盾等问题日益突出,财政和货币政策作为宏观调控政策的支柱之一,是决定政府宏观调控效果的重要因素。虽然近年来我国频繁使用了财政政策和货币政策,并且探索了完善两者组合的运用方式,但这两项政策还没有得到有效协调。本文对我国的财政货币政策就业效应进行了分析,以此探讨缓解就业压力的方法。
One of the main responsibilities of the macro-control of governments is to control the unemployment rate and promote employment. At present, the problems of excess labor force and structural unemployment in our country have become increasingly prominent. Fiscal and monetary policies, as one of the pillars of the macro-control policies, are important factors that determine the effect of the government’s macro-control. Although China has frequently used fiscal and monetary policies in recent years and has explored ways to improve its combination, the two policies have not been effectively coordinated. This paper analyzes the employment effect of China’s fiscal and monetary policies to explore ways to ease the pressure of employment.
