本文介绍了超高压阀硬质合金部件的制造工艺,着重研究了热等静压处理对WC-11%Co合金性能的影响。试验表明,热等静压处理可减少甚至完全消除合金的孔隙,从而显著提高合金的密度(几乎接近于理论密度)和抗弯强度(平均提高20%左右);同时可以改善合金性能的稳定性;而对其他性能如矫顽磁力和硬度没有明显影响。研制件的使用性能达到国外同类产品的水平。
This article describes the manufacturing process of ultrahigh-pressure valve carbide parts, focusing on the impact of hot isostatic pressing on the properties of WC-11% Co alloy. The results show that the hot isostatic pressing can reduce or even completely eliminate the porosity of the alloy, thereby significantly increasing the alloy density (almost close to the theoretical density) and the bending strength (an average increase of about 20%); meanwhile, the stability of the alloy performance can be improved ; While no significant effect on other properties such as coercivity and hardness.
