与中央、省、市新闻单位相比,处于劣势地位的县级新闻媒体,可算作是“弱势媒体”。这些基层媒体既要担负历史和时代赋予的宣传重任,不断推出一流的佳作,使地方报道凸显出时代特征,又要面对来自上级“强势媒体”竞争带来的重重压力和困难,这是处于弱势地位的地方新闻工作者们需要探讨和解决的一个突出问题。近年来,我们“巧借蟋蟀一声鸣”,打好特色牌,唱响地方戏,挖掘有效的地方新闻资源,对县域新闻的报道进行新的尝试,使之有声有色,打造出地方媒体的核心竞争优势。
Compared with the news units at the central, provincial and municipal levels, the county-level news media at a disadvantage can be regarded as a “weak media.” These grass-roots media not only shoulder the responsibility of propaganda promulgated by history and the times, but also constantly introduce first-class masterpieces so that local reports highlight the characteristics of the times as well as the pressures and difficulties arising from competition from superior “powerful media” A prominent issue that local journalists in disadvantaged need to explore and address. In recent years, we have “exquisitely borrowed the sound of crickets” to lay out special characters, sing local plays, find effective local news resources, and make new attempts to cover news reports in the county, so that they can create a sound competitive advantage in local media .
