The withdrawal of an enterprise legal person means that it is in violation of the relevant provisions of the registration and management system of an enterprise legal person and is not normally operating and has been withdrawn from registration by the administrative department for industry and commerce and its business license has been revoked. Some specific issues of litigation after the enterprise has been revoked are not clearly stipulated in laws and regulations at present. Therefore, it is yet to be discussed and urgently needed to be solved.
