省抗旱防洪指挥部引进的无线数据传输系统,由总站水情科技人员根据实际情况,并配予水情自动译报软件,于8月1日首次成功。从而结束了数十年来省防办与省水文总站之间的水文情报靠人送车传的落后状况。
