国民经济效益的计算是公路建设项目经济评价中的一个核心内容,如何准确、合理地衡量效益是经济评价研究人员必须注重的一个问题。现有经济评价方法的局限性导致了在复杂路网和交通情况下效益计算困难。本文对“新老路一一对应”、“一般路网且无诱增交通量”、“一般路网和一般交通条件”等3种路网交通情况下的效益计算方法进行了研究、分析和比较,为公路建设项目经济评价研究人员提供参考。
The calculation of national economic benefit is one of the core contents in the economic evaluation of highway construction project. How to measure the benefit accurately and reasonably is a problem that economic evaluation researchers must pay attention to. The limitations of existing economic evaluation methods have led to the difficulty of calculating benefits in complex road networks and traffic conditions. This article has studied, analyzed and calculated the benefits of three kinds of road network traffic conditions, such as “new and old one by one correspondence”, “general road network without traffic increase”, “general road network and general traffic conditions” Compare, provide reference for economic evaluation researchers of highway construction project.
