以1年生枸杞“宁杞1号”为试材,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,研究了不同施磷量对枸杞果实商品品质和药用品质的影响。结果表明:适宜的磷肥施用量能显著促进枸杞纵径的生长,对果实横径的影响不显著,枸杞果实百粒质量、可溶性糖含量与施磷量呈正相关;磷肥施用量对枸杞多糖、甜菜碱的含量影响不大,对枸杞黄酮含量有显著影响。综合考虑不同施磷量对枸杞品质指标的影响及磷肥价格等因素,667m~2磷肥施用量以20kg为最优处理。
Taking 1 year old Chinese wolfberry “Ningqi 1” as test material, the effects of different phosphorus application amount on the quality and medicinal quality of Chinese wolfberry fruits were studied by single factor randomized block design. The results showed that suitable application of phosphate fertilizer could significantly promote the growth of Lycium barbarum L. and had no significant effect on the fruit diameter. There was a positive correlation between the quality and soluble sugar content of Lycium barbarum fruit and phosphorus content. Alkali content has little effect on the content of wolfberry flavonoids have a significant impact. Taking into account the impact of different P application rates on the quality indicators of Chinese wolfberry and the price of phosphate fertilizer, the optimum application rate of 667m ~ 2 P fertilizer was 20kg.
