“引黄济青”调水工程建成通水10年来,为青岛及其沿线经济的发展与振兴发挥了重要作用,产生了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。“引黄济青”工程是经国务院批准,为解决青岛城市用水和沿途农业及人畜生活用水的远距离、跨流域的大型重点水利工程。此工程自博兴县打渔张引黄闸至胶州湾畔的青岛白沙河水厂,途经滨州、东营、潍坊、青岛4地市,全长292km,总投资达9.61亿元。该工程自1989年11月25日正式建成并通水以来10年中,已累计从黄河引水18.6亿
